Who Originally Wrote the Song "S*** House Blues"?!

Yes, I intentionally censored myself for everyone's benefit!. Anyway, I've seen two versions of the song "S*** House Blues"!. One by famous English blues artist "Long John Baldry", and one by famous drinking-song artist and comedian "John Valby"!. Both of the folks have been around a while, but which one of them originally wrote the song "S*** House Blues"!? I'm thinking John Baldry, myself!.!.!. I ask this because some of the lyrics are the same in both versions, so it seems like someone borrowed this song from the other person!.
