put a blanket or pillow in your bass drum and buy some pads to practice on top of your drums!.!.!.they have this thing called moon gel and it makes the sound of your drums dampen they have special pads for your cymbals that arent realy that expensive and you could go to guitar center or samash or any local music store to get themWww@Enter-QA@Com
You can cut some felt strips, and put them under the drum heads

My suggestion would be drum pads!.

put mutes on the heads and cymbals!.!.!. but they can get pricey!.
