You know, you could probably type all of these questions in to Google and get the answers yourself in about HALF the amount of time that it's taking you to post them all here and keep checking for answers!
EDIT - Thanks for all the thumbs down, everybody, but I stand by what I said there above!. The person asking this question also asked about a dozen others!. It looks like she's playing some kind of trivia game or something!. I said, and I *meant*, that it would have been *way* easier and quicker for her just to type her questions into Google and get the answers right there on the spot, rather than asking each question separately here and having to check each one for answers!.
