You're talking about playing guitar or actually are playing, and some moron starts talking about how good he is at Rock Band or Guitar Hero!. It's like the guy thinks that clicking four or five keys somehow thinks that makes him cool or makes him your equal! Have you ever had that happen!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Ha ha I wouldn't say I'm really great at guitar I'm still a beginner rele but I don't claim to be anything great!. Ye, I'm not dissing those games I think they're great but they don't involve much musical skill if any!. On the Gadget Show they did an experiment and an experience tribute band got an average on 96% accuracy whilst the non-musical presenters got an av of 92% on the same song (one the tribute band knew rele well)!. So, there you go!. Games like RB and GH indulge most people's inner fantasies about being a Rock Star which I think is really cool but it doesn't compare with playing real guitar lol!. I tell people I play bass, and they immediately say that they play it on guitarhero too!. then when I actually say no you don't understand- I can actually PLAY all that music myself without the stupid shrunkenhead guitar swtich thing, they go on and on how they can play Buckethead on it!. I then ask them- wow you can play Buckethead!? How many years have you been playing!? Did you go to Musicians institute!? Berklee!? Then they realize how stupid they are- ans tell me that since i really play the bass that I would probably be real good on the game - and then they want to challenge me! I'm not playing long, but I have played guitar hero (only for fun, cause I liked songs from it)!.!.!. and I can say, It would be really big fool, who can say that guitar hero is same as playing on real guitar!.!.!. (lal, I could play Number of the beasts on 100% on medium - I am so cool - even I cant play anything from it on real guitar) - I hope you have understood me (english is not my native lang!.)Www@Enter-QA@Com

I hate when people think they are as cool as guitarist when all they can do is click a few buttons! anyone can do that! playing the REAL guitar takes time and commitment not brainless, laziness by playing a video game!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

No because I do not hang with wannabe guitarists but I have had friends who are guitarists who have told me that has happened to them or something similar to the fact!. It is pretty annoying!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
