It's so stupid and evey single rap song sounds exactly the same!. A lot of the time the lyrics are just filth too and the music videos will just show some rich fatass with a bunch of women with barely any clothes on!. I HATE rap with a passion, for all of the reasons you listed, and more!. The beats are manufactured and simplistic!.!.the lyrics are full of slang, bad English, and ebonics!. The list goes on and on!.

It really depends which type of rap you are looking at!. There are ones that tell stories just like a song and have a good beat!.!.!. like Linkin Park (a rock group with rap in it)!. Then there are the annoying rappers who sing about dumb things like lipgloss, hopping on their toes, superman, etc!.!.!. and vulgar ones who sing about drugs, getting shot and being 'bad', and vulgar things about/with women!.
You just have to find the one that is more of a different genre, but with some rap mixed in to where its not as noticeable!. I know Linkin Park and Busta Rhymes made a positive rap song called 'We made it'!.

A lot of rap is poor !. ie rappers who talk about bitches, how rich they are, and how high there car bounces!. But real rappers like Wu tang clan, 2pac, tribe called quest & nas really are amazing!. Its not fair to say that "rap is killing the music industry" because that's not true!. Some poor rap songs DO ruin it, but that doesn't mean its all bad

I actually think that modern rap is worse than old school rap!! Even though old school rap is supposed to be gangster rap I tells more of a story!. Now rap talks about lust and less of the social problems of the day!. Old artists especially tupac when some of the most influential of their day and the world may have been a better place if tupac was alive!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
