Is Bassoon hard to play...and is it similar to a Saxophone??!

Question: Is Bassoon hard to play!.!.!.and is it similar to a Saxophone!?!?
Answers:
Well, I don't know the fingering of a saxophone, but I've heard it's similar to a flutes, so I'll compare it to that!.

On flutes fingerings the 1st 3 fingers in the left hand play B-A-G, but on bassoon it plays E-D-C!. This can get very annoying!. also bassoon plays in bass (and sometimes tenor) clef which can be awkward if you are not fimilar with it!. also you need quite lanky fingers to play bassoon!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It is a totally different sound and fingering from sax!. It is a double-reed mouthpiece (like oboe) as opposed to a single-reed like sax and clarinet!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
