A song from the 80's or 90's!?!

Question: A song from the 80's or 90's!!?
I know this may sound very vague, but I'm looking for an older song (Fairly sure it's 80's) with a woman, singing very softly going "ha-haha-ha-ah"!. I know that seems very odd!. She's not laughing, but she's very lightly singing them!. I don't know!. I love the song, but can't find the title of the song, or the singer!. Any help appreciated!. Thank you!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
It's not a woman singing it, but it might be "True" by Spandau Ballet!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
