Cant name that song?!

i think it is by Usher!. i think it is a black singer!. it has a sythasised background trumpet like thing that is repeated!. at the start it has a guy shouting things like!. "Lets go!" and "alright" !. and the chorus has a line which goes a little like this!. " she's about implode" then something that rhymes with that!. it is quite well known!. also with the sythasised thing there is a bell that rings on every 4 beats or so!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
