Answers:
Turn down/off 'Gain' 'Overdrive' 'Distortion'

There is a push-button that say O!.D!. and Clean!.!.!.!.when it is sticking out it is Clean, pushed in it is O!.D!. (Overdrive/Distortion)Www@Enter-QA@Com

can't answer without knowing what brand and model the amp is!.

some use a switch to turn the gain on,
if so, find the switch and turn it off!.
Sometimes you turn up the vol or gain real high (9 or 10 or so) to overdrive the guitar signal!.
Again, if so, turn down the vol/gain, and the signal/sound should clean back up!.

if there is a "master volume" turn it up, and your "guitar Input/gain signal" down!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

just press the button that label clean or overdrive, another way to do this without pushing the button is lowering your guitat volume knob to clean up the overdriven sound, i prefer the 2nd one which give me a little bit better unique sounding clean sometimes!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

there should be a button that says distortion or clean or something!. just press it to turn it off!.

what kind of amp is it!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

okay so firstly there might be a button that says over drive, turn that off if its on, next check how high ur gain is, thats pprobably whats making it sound distorted if you have no over driveWww@Enter-QA@Com

if there is a knob that says gain turn it to the leftWww@Enter-QA@Com

look for a button that says "Clean" on itWww@Enter-QA@Com
