The Tale of the Tempest by Gretchen Heller is considered Level 7 - Late Intermediate!.
L'Orage (The Storm) by Friedrich Burgmuller is ever so slightly more difficult and would be Level 7 bordering 8 which is Late Intermediate-Early Advanced!.

I always look on the front or back of the printed music!. It always says what level or how hard it is!. Music can also be written for different levels, so you either have to look in your level or ask for help when you look for it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
The Burgmuller piece is included in an ABRSM book for Grade 5 piano, so that's a good indication!. the Heller piece is more like grade 6 I think!.
