this song tells the truth!.!.!. about telling a lie!. it is about realizing that you have done something wrong!.!.!. and your ready to move on and be better!.
She said at a recent concert that this song is about her worrying about her record label taking away her creativity when she first signed!. She worried that her songwriting wouldn't just come naturally anymore, wouldn't be fun anymore!. And that in fact, it wasn't fun for a little while, but then it got fun again
