Question: Form for writing song lyrics!?
I have been wanting to write some song lyrics for a while, but every time I try, it just doesn't seem right!. Are there any basic formats or whatever for song writing!? Like, how a sonnet is written with the pattern of "ABABCDCDEFEFGG!?" Thanks!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Rhythmic variation may also be changed within the poem (song), to speed up or slow down the beat!. There are books written on the subject, but for a quick reference go to:
