Sign of Using My Diaphragm Correctly?!


Question: Sign of Using My Diaphragm Correctly!?
After practice I feel a slight soreness in my diaphragm/stomach area not a stomach ache but more as a tired muscle feel!.

Is this a sign Im using power and singing from diaphragm properly!?

Yes, if your singing with full power and voice, then your diaphragm with be a bit sore, which means your projecting your voice correctly!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

there are many ways in which you can find this out!
firstly, there feels like a slight swelling in the area just above your stomach, which shows that your diaphragm is in use!.
also, you do not feel such stress in your throat area, and the sound should come out more naturally!.

No it's a sign of not eating properly or not warming up in the right way!. You must stretch just as any sport player does!. Not the me me me me me me thing, although it does help!.
