Question: Singing On A Full Stomach!?
Is it normal to feel limited breath control when singing on a full stomach!?

also what is appropriate to eat before a performance!?
Are fruits okay!?

Intelligent question!

Fruits are good (Bananas, apples, sweet oranges, grapes, peach, etc!.!.!.) and everything that contains none or low irritants, avoid acidic foods (hot food, sauces, spices, etc!.!.!.) I personally find chicken soup delicious before singing, or any kind of hot soup (hot as in warm not spicy)

It is recommendable you do not eat lots of food before singing, if you fill up your stomach then you will have less space for your lungs to go all the way down to fill up all the air!.

Every person's system works different, what helps one person, might not help you, the best thing to do is to experiment with your body by trial and error what feels good in your voice and stomach!.
