Question: Have you ever came to the point where you were like obsessed with finding new music, new bands, and!?
just finding more music cus its your passion and obsession and then u just don't feel like it anymore cus your happy with most of the bands you already knew and you find out no matter how many songs or bands you have heard your still in love with the band that originally made you fall in love with the sound called music and nothing can compare with that band!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes, i have and do feel like no matter how many bands, no matter how many songs i hear, i will always stay in love with Linkin Park, who made me realise that rock is the music i have been searching for all along!.
I think i was confused at firs, i used to listen to eminem (con't believe i did but i still like some of his songs) and R&B and pop and randon rap sLinkin Park will always songs!. But the first time i heard LP's In The End, i felt like i my mission to find MY music was over cuz as soon as i heard that song i finally felt i had found the music that i loved and had been searching for all along!.
i now love MCR, Green Day, Fort Minor and Nickleback along with other bands!. but Linkin Park will always stay the band that i will love for ever cuz it was the band that brought me into the world of music and now i can't let go!.
hehe, sorry for the long answer but i felt i had to put it down, cuz to me Linkin Park is more than just a band with amazing songs, they have messages that any person can relate to and maybe cuz most of theirt songs are about the members them selves!.

but yea like my band i love the most is my chemical romance but i always become obbsessed with new bands like coheed and cambria, elliot minor,lol and like we buys their cds and al but then it just stops and we become obsessed with the band we loved from the start!.

I am constantly on Xfm and Radio 1 (late night) doing exactly that!.
But i do have bands i will love forever, but i overlisten to them, and so i need enough to occupie myself while i forgett how much i love the others :)
If that makes sense!. then theres the fact that i love being able to be all smug about new bands that get all famous and I'd heard them a year before!. and i love trying to fill my ipod!.

Yeah!. I periodically go through phases where I am obsessed with getting new bands and stuff I haven't really listened to before!. Then I stop and enjoy the stuff I have found!. Yes, I have always LOVED the fray, mcr, and the used and i still continue to listen to them even if my musical taste change!.

I know what you mean!.!.I have always been into rock!.!.!.the 2 main band that introduced me was Nirvana and The Smashing Pumpkins!.!.!.I love them and always will!. I branched out to many others!.!.

thankfully!.!.!.I listen to all kinds of non-crappy music from classical to classic rock to real punk to metal!.!.!.!.and am able to constantly find real bands, new music and be satisfied!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I've been trying to find several more bands!. I've found some I like, but none can compare to Green Day or My Chem!.

Yeah i know where you're coming from!.
The reason i have any kinda taste in music is Green Day!.
Plain and simple, i owe them so much!. If it wasn't for Green Day i would [no exaggeration] not be the person i am today or anything that resembles that!. All of my life, even though i grew up listening to an amazing selection of awesome bands in my dad's car, i didn't really care that much for real music!. Even though music has always been my passion, i was still listening to any catchy crap that fell into the charts!.
However, when i was about 13, i heard a Green Day song and decided to take a chance and buy the album!. Upon first listen i was in love!
I later realised that i had grown up obsessing over Dookie but as i was young, i had never really bothered to find out who it was by!.
Since then, i bought all of the records and have been an avid, devoted follower ever since and they have introduced me to the rock music that i now know and love!.
After a while i overplayed them and moved onto other bands!.
I found huge passions for these too, mainly The Smashing Pumpkins, Panic at the Disco, My Chem, Good Charlotte and The Foo Fighters but this is just a tiny amount compared to everything else!.
Lately, though i've started playing my old GD albums and, although at first i thought i'd fallen for them all over again, i realised that it never really left me!.
They'll always be my favourite band and biggest inspiration, and i can only thank them for shaping my life, personality, friends and experiences, for influencing my future and for introducing me to the amazing bands that play second to my love for Green Day!.
Ahh, now isn't that a sweet story lol
