Question: Grrr!. I'm stuck in one strumming pattern!.!.!. help!?
So, I learned this song by Secondhand Serenade called "Pretend" and it uses the strumming pattern D DUDU which is fine!.
But now that I want to learn other songs, and I compose my own, I can't seem to get out of that strum pattern!. I try new ones and everything but I just inadvertantly fall back into that one!. It's pretty frustrating!. =/

I can empathise!. You need to learn a new song that has a completely different strumming pattern and rhythm!. Once you have done that go from one song to the other and concentrate on the different patterns until your hand and your head and your heart can differentiate easily!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
