Posin' generally means your trying to be something you know your not or something you would never be such as a white person trying to be a Sureno or any kind of gang like that when they know they are not like that, yet they do it to either try and be bad or just to hang out with a certain crew
Frontin' is a less offensive term and is usually coined when talking about lyers (particularly girlz) and pretending to be something your not (in a joking type of way usually; versus Posin')Www@Enter-QA@Com
