Question: Why did Fat Mike of NOFX used to say that NOFX never made any music videos or have vids on MTV when they have!?
Search on YouTube for NOFX Bob, and a few others, they've made music videos in the past, but Fat Mike is always like, "**** MTV man, we ain't making no videos so they can show!. Cuz we're cool, yo!. And you ain't cool if you on MTVizzle!. I mean it's like corprate sell out, you know!?"Www@Enter-QA@Com

They decided to stop making videos in 1994 ("Leave it Alone" was their last, from Punk in Drublic), and that lasted for almost a decade!. At one point one of their videos got played without permission on MTV Brazil, and they got pretty pissed over that (there may have been a lawsuit, I don't know all the details)!. Then they realized they could just make videos for the fans, and put them on the CD or the internet, without having to air them on MTV or any other network!. So they started again in 2003 with "Franco-Unamerican" on the War on Errorism album!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Music video is a video that will get accompanied to a band's music!.!. Most underground bands use their own money to make these videos(or let friends who make videos) for fun or creaitivy projects!.
While PROMOTIONAL vids get money from record companies so it can be broadcasted on TV to get more sales!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

idk, the only videos i have seen of them is for franco-unamerica (which didn't even use a camera but sh*ty animations) and seeing double at the triple rock!. (that one was pretty high quality, it had Jesus walking on peoples heads and stuff!.)Www@Enter-QA@Com
