Question: Arctic Monkeys or The Libertines!?

The Libertines, no question!.
Arctic Monkeys are more accessible and have a broader, more pop orientated sound!. Their songs are all black and white and a little bit formulaic, it's obvious from the first listen what the song is about!. I like that The Libertines are more ambiguous!.
Don't get me wrong, Turner is a good lyricist, but it just sounds to me that he's trying too hard to make his lyrics sound witty and clever!. A lot of the time, it just sounds a bit contrived!.
I could never get into them the same way I got into The Libertines!. I really like "When The Sun Goes Down" and "A Certain Romance" but other than that, it's just feels a bit bland!. They've never stirred up the same emotions in me that The Libertines have!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Please, people!! THE LIBERTINES!! God, the Arctic Monkeys are just another 'cool' indie band (boy, am I gonna get thumbs downs for that), The Libertines actually brought something new and special to music (regardless of what you think of Pete Doherty)Www@Enter-QA@Com
