Your link worked this time, and I listened to it; but unfortunately, I don't recognize it!.
I love some of Chopin's music, but am not a great fan!.
The best I can offer, is that it sounds like it would most probably be one of his shorter compositions, his Preludes: I think there are some 20 odd of them, and you may want to research them!.
Wikipedia has a listing of all his works; may be a good place to start!.
Better yet, a real Chopin buff may respond to your question, and be able to give you the exact title!.
