i want the old country with tradition sound and coutry music should not be about who looks hotter/it should about lives and stories (not saying the artist did not have to be unattractive but this need songs about life and traditional sounding)

Yes it has, it has changed a lot since the 90s even!. I used to listen to it all the time but I don't recognize anyone on the radiop today with the exception of a few!. It isn't really country anymore!Www@Enter-QA@Com
Country music is really a business nowadays!. Same as rock & roll and all the other genres!. To sell more records, many country artists became more like mainstream artists!. That meant losing the twang, which many people find annoying!. People will buy what they like to hear!.
Much of todays music has country music at their roots, so don't be surprised to hear a touch of it here and there!.

Yes, country music has definitly changed from what it used to be!. I think its awesome to have Def Leppard and the Eagles on Cmt, the electric guitars really make the new country rock!.

I believe country music has gotten into the more rock style (e!.g!.: Gretchen Wilson) and I think it's awesome!. I think it's weird that Bon Jovi has crossed over into country, though, with the Lost Highway album, but it's something I can get myself used to!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
