I heard it on a country radio station and my mom said that it isn't on regularly, it was a special, but it was a country song but kind of a different style, its lyrics were talking about a man lifting up his kilt to see what they wore under the kilts and then it turned out he didnt wear anything, but someone put a blue ribbion on his you-know-what!.
