The best thing is, sit down in a quiet place, if it helps, let your band members be with you, if not, do it alone!. Then start thinking about life, what are you feeling, is there anything that really gets you going right now, that you really think shouldn't be like this!? Or is there a new love!? Or do you just want to thank everybody for this world!? After a while you will have found a topic that you are passionate about to write!. Then its really, really easy =)
