Well I think metallica was okay!.!.i havent listened to their songs, only the song Unforgiven, but everyone else seems to like their Master Of Puppets album, they love it, so i wont say they are the worst cuz I did like the song unforgiven!. Anyways, uhm, I think Greenday is better than mcr and the jonas brothers!. I think its almost a tie between mcr and jonas brothers because i would rather listen to mcr for the rest of my life than the jonas brothers and thats because the jonas brothers are more pop and their songs are all about having a crush or something!. but mcr, their songs can be kinda boring, like they have no good melody, or even a melody at all really!. but at least all their songs arent about having a school crush, like the jonas brothers!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I have to say that MCR and Jonas Brothers!. I have not heard much by them but my reasons are as follows: -
1!. In 1985 I went to Donnington (not Download DONNINGTON) there I saw 4 guys from the bay Area of San fransisco, they were awesome and have since changed the face of music!. Like em or not Meatllica have probably done more for rock music than any other band!. Their influence is widespread and they have made some awesome and righteous albums (we can forgive them the unadulterated pile of cack that was St Anger)!. They have been influential and probably got more peole into metal, and therefore we salute them!. You cannot deny their place in history, like em or not, come on, you know you love em!
2!. Green Day came throuigh with Kerplunk in the late eighties, the follow up Dookie cemented their place in music history!. Dookie is still today an awesome, although not very trendy, album (Longview, Basket case, yeah yeah, yeah, I know played to death, but still a good song)!. They came on the back of bands like Dag Nasty, Doughboys (ask yer dad) and also Black Flag and Minor threat, all of whom were amazing!. Green Day are also one of the best live acts I have ever seen!. They are honest, loud, and above all FUN! I worked at a Funeral for a Friend show as a favour a while back, and along with My Chemical Romance etc!.!.!. I almost felt like suicide!!
My biggest prblem is that moit people who like MCR and thier peers, were previously into Green Day and Metallica, however when they become "too famous" or "commercial" these people run to the nearest obscure piece of mass produced psudo avantegarde drivel and start shoegazing and carving thier arms up! Come on you guys its ok to like Metallica, I have done so for over 20 years, and if Green Day are fun! enjoy yourself!
