Question: Do you think the same thing that happened to the Blues will happen to Hip Hop!?
What I mean by that is will you start to see less and less Black artists and more White artists and fans!? I go to Blues shows and there's nothing but a sea of white people!. I'm not mad about that all because I love and enjoy the music, but is that the direction Hip Hop is headed!. I see not only white cats but other races in general who have the hunger and love for the genre that Blacks used to have in the late 80s and early 90s!. They are doing some very good Hip Hop music too!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Umm well hip hop has always had hispanics and white ppl that were into hip hop!.!.!.As a whole they all have helped contribute something to make hip hop what it is!.!.!. Its just that its predominately black and hispanic!.
I doubt if it becomes all white because its a has a hardcore street afflilation!.!.!.Hip hop started in the streets!.!.!.which are predominately black and hispanic!.!.!.SO unless society and social classes change as a whole!.!.!.I dont see that happening!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i don't think hip hop is going no where its here to stay i feel what you're saying its beginning to be white as well so i think it will be divide though!.like white and blacks!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

You can't just generalize because of what you see!.!.!.many people of color still are behind Hip-Hop, it's just that it seems that the MAINSTREAM outlet!.!.!.is more dominated of white(as fans) than people of color!.

I dont think the two are hcomparable except for the race question!. Theres alot of good(sincere)musicians in the blues & new black artists!.
hip hop isnt my thing;but if you mean lots of vannilla ice people!.!.!.!.!?matbe the black artists will be doing something new!. I miss the traditional R&B!.!.!.!.but its around!.
I saw rasahn roland kirk b-4 he died & thank god Im a girl!.!.!.!.he stareted in on gelvis!.!.!.etc(all true);but look at all the artists Blck & white who got ripped off(the funk brothers)!.!.!.
