Name that Song, Please!?!

I heard this song in the new grand theft auto game last night!. I remember it from like back in the 90's, it has a funky slow beat to it (Kinda sounds like Aaliyah's "Are you that somebody")!.!.!.I guess you'd call it Hip-Hop!.!. I can't really understand what they're saying, but I think one of the lines in the chorus is "My body!.!.!. jump on it"
