Question: If you could grow up in any era for the music which would it be!?
and why!?, i grew up listening to 80's music but i would've loved to have been around in the 60's the music was fab!Www@Enter-QA@Com

The 'set answer' is the 60s, so I could see all those big stars when it was happening!.!.!. but I think for real decadence, you want Europe and America in the 1920s and 30s, even some of the Asian ports!.!.!. I'd be a sailor, wear one of those little white circular hats, and go from port to port, taking in the jazz, girls, boot leg liquor, and seeing all the local big men!.!.!. Right after WWI, people partied hard because they had a lot to forget, everytown anywhere had two or three big bands competing to be the best!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I'd love to have grown up during the 80s! But growing up in the 90s was cool! I loved the music during the 90s!.

I was around for Bill Hayley and his Comets - Rock 'n' Roll; and all the fun of discovering The Twist (a black guy from Ghana taught me to do that - he was totally amazing)!.
also had swing, jive, jazz and right up to date!.

It has to be the rise of the Blues in the early 20th century!. Robert Johnson, Blind Lemon Jefferson, it was a truely brilliant era of music, evolving all the time!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
