a lot of peeps claim they are hardcore west coast fans when they never even heard of defari, the licks or even (god forbid) xzibits first album (at the speed of light, the only ish by X worth more than 50 cents ) Seriously you cant claim to be a west coast rap 'genius' when you can only list NWA (2gether and solo members), snoop and 2pac as west coast hip hop!. Hell, each one of those rappers would know who aceyalone was, probably lost to him in a battle when they was kids!. Why then does the west coast RHH community think that the only rappers in the world are ex NWA affiliates!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

What about Living Legends!? They represent the Bay and L!.A!. I like them and Dilated Peoples,Jurassic 5,Defari,Planet Asia!. I have loved westcoast rap (westcoast representer here up in the Northwest-side Washington state, yes there is a state called Washington) since back in the day listening to N!.W!.A,Ice T,Ice Cube,King Tee,The Alkaholiks,etc!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

X's first album isn't all that!.!.!.the D!.O!.C!. is the dude that I'm reppin!.!.!.
Of course some of my favorite groups (most of them actually) are West Coast groups (including the Fellowship), and I must admit, I'm not a huge fan of NWA!.!.!.
But then again, being able to list a bunch of rappers doesn't make you a genius!.!.!.anyone can throw out a bunch of names!.!.!.like the athletic mic league!.!.!.not many people that use RHH ever even heard of them, but what's the likelihood that I've listened to these dudes before (I have though)!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

im from L!.A, i was around when tupac was rappin, old enough when N!.W!.A was up!. L!.A hadnt brought out many artist after Tupacs death, or none that i've heard!. Plus the east had good rappers to!. L!.A has artist coming out ready to stir up **** for the west coast!. Blu & Exile, Game, Young Dre aka the Truth, im not a big fan of Jay Rock but he's hooking up with the game too!. As for music itself, its change a lot from back in the days, hopefully the artist i named above, and east coast artist can bring hip hop back (Lived in LB, moved to Carson, then back to my home city Torrance, where i reside today)Www@Enter-QA@Com
