Question: Mastodon - Metallica!?
I was listening to Megadalon from Leviathan by Mastodon last night and I noticed halfway through the song the "Sanitarium" riff!. I was kinda shocked by this as I didn't think a band of this quality needed to do this but I still love em!.

Yes I have also noticed this!. Mastadon does cite Metallica as an influence so that doesn't come as a surprise to me!. Its hard for any metal band to not have a little old school Metallica influence come through once in awhile!!

Ive never notice dit but i love Leviathan!. Mastodon is very talented, but its good to hear their influences in their music!. Pretty cool that they are from Birmingham, AL where I am from!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
