STP - Plush - i loved Sex type thing, but was immediately burned out on plush as soon as it was released
Black Hole Sun - Soundgarden - still overplayed to this day

years ago, radio kind of killed AC/DC for me!. that is one example of rock and roll that was ruined!.
It doesn't have to necessarily be just rock!. I'm not a "pop" kind of guy very often, but every now and then one will catch my ear (maybe 3 or 4 in a decade)!. In that case, radio can REALLY ruin it (of course, I don't listen to top 40 radio unless I have to)!. In the 80s, I was working at a store that played top 40, which was annoying!. But, when Tears for Fears put out "Head over Heels" I thought it was kinda cool, that rare cool pop tune!. Well --- a while on heavy rotation, with me as a captive audience, killed THAT!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Lately, it's been Green Day, Sum 41 and Blink 182!. Sirius went to all the trouble of coming out with something really cool like an all punk channel, only to end up playing crappy bands like the aforementioned!. Maybe they can come out with a Nickelback channel where they can toss in Hinder, Shinedown, Theory of a Deadman, Default and Lifehouse for good measure!. The entire radio industry needs to be reinvented!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well, some of these are ruined due more so to the fans!. But they probablly wouldn't have built up such an vastly immature fan base had it not been for the radio, so I'll include them!.

Fall Out Boy
Panic at the Disco
Nickelback
Linkin Park
Pearl Jam
Cobra Starship
Hinder
Seether
Hell Yeah
Demon Hunter
Slayer
Slipknot
Plain White T's
Taking Back Sunday
Green Day
Blink 182
Sum 41
Madina LakeWww@Enter-QA@Com

I don't actually listen to the radio much (and the station I listen to doesn't repeat a song all day), but I must say, I'm sick of hearing bands like America (they wrote the Horse With No Name song, right!?)!. It just bores me, and I swear the station plays it all the time!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Sweet Child of Mine - GNR
Man in the Box - AIC
Rooster - AIC
Red Hot Chili Peppers as a whole
Alive - Pearl Jam
Paul Revere - Beastie Boys
Crash - Dave Matthews
Anna Molly and Drive - Incubus

Champagne Supernova - Oasis
AC/DC as a whole
Cumbersome - 7 Mary 3
1979 - Smashing Pumpkins
Santeria - Sublime
U2 as a whole!.!.!.!.!.

Anything I've repeated needs to be reiterated!.

And as a side note, Most of these I really liked when they came out!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
