no, I think you're right it's by Hendrix!. Time,!.!.!. time!.!.!.!. time ( it slows down!.) Then he says Time has come today!. That one!? Why don't you go to YouTube and put in Jimi Hendrix Time or Time has come today and see what it brings up!.
