I would say- "The Killers" and "Modest Mouse" are modern rock bands that unless you told me they just came out- I would think they were classic!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
The only bands that I have heard come out whose riffs and sound actually sound classic are Wolfmother and Jet!.!.!. vocals are modern though
