Question: WHY MUSE is the best !.!.the band!.!.!?
ALRIGHT SO!.!.!.!. my english teacher is cool, and is letting us do a research paper on our favorite band!.
I love muse!. i mostly love their sound!.
i have to say why!. well, it's a research paper and i can't say a reason why i love them is because "they rock" and such!.

I don't know if you can reasonably argue that they are the best band!.!.!.and this is coming from a HUGE Muse fan here!.!.!.but you can probably logically argue why they are a great band!. But make sure you state what YOU think makes a great band and prove that Muse has those qualities!.
For instance to make your argument sound reasonable, you might want to talk about the technicality of the band, because they are always experimenting with new things on each album!. I don't know all the machines and instruments they use, but you might want to try to check that out and see if you can find some reliable sources about that!.
Then, you might want to look at the songwriting as well!. You and I know both know that the songwriting varies from simplistic lyrics that mean exactly what they say(Showbiz) to borderline ambiguous ones(Origins & beyond) that keep you guessing!. You could probably compare the lyrics to those of all the popular of artists today and show the actual thought and awareness that goes into the writing of Muse's songs!.
Then you might want to focus on the band members musicianship!. You know, just how well they play!. The easiest to focus on would of course be Matthew Bellamy because his skills are always displayed front and center!. You might want to talk about some complex arrangements that he may have played on his guitar and piano which displays the level of aptitude he has!.
But to be completely thorough, you'd have to talk about Dominic and Chris as well!.!.!.I don't know many of the songs that display their talents as much, so just go over and listen to all your Muse albums and see if in any songs the bass or drums really stand out to you!.
Then you might want to talk about stage presence, since many can attest to the fact that Muse are great live performers!. Unfortunately, I have never seen them live, but if you have then you may be able to argue this approach!. If you haven't and have just seen live DVD's then I wouldn't advise this approach, because you just don't have the first hand experience and plus DVD's are cut and edited a lot!. I didn't even know until a few days ago that the HAARP DVD had four songs cut out of it!.
What grade level are you in anyway, because when you say 'research paper', this means to me that you have to go out and find 'proof' from reputable sources that would support your argument!. I don't know if this is a really serious research paper, but just try not to inject your opinion a lot in the essay!. Like, don't use such statements as 'I think' or 'In my opinion', because the reader is already going to know what you think by your thesis which should be something like "Muse is a great band, because of so and so!.!.!."

muse is great because of their live show!. ive seen them 8 times now and they NEVER disappoint!. see if you can get you hands on a variety of live performances!. its mesmerizing!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
