OK, here's the argument!. I don't think Wayne is the best rapper alive, because there are others, in my opinion, that are better (either lyrically, or whatever)!.
But, to be completely honest, COMPLETELY, there aren't too many musicians, let alone rappers, that are doing (or can do) what Wayne can do or has done!. He has had success for over 10 years already, and he's not even 30!. He has crossover appeal and flexibility: He can do songs like Hustler Music, then do a song like Shooter ft!. Robin Thicke, then turn around and do a song like lolly pop!. Wayne has already mastered writing without paper and pen (which is one of those things that you may not understand why that is anything to gawk at unless you are an artist), and all that on top of the fact that he's nice on the mic!.

Neither one!. You can't call people unintelligent or uninformed because of what they like!. Maybe to some, including Wayne, he is the best rapper and maybe to others, including yourself, maybe he is not!. But just because someone likes or dislikes his music is not reason to call them unintelligent!. I love his music and right now today, HE IS THE BEST RAPPER ALIVE!. Can't nobody touch him!.
