Why is Rap and Hip Hop taking over!? I mean, it's so stupid, it's all keyboard, and in Hip Hop, the lyrics suck!. WHY!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

The funny thing is, this is exactly what was said about rock, heavy metal, jazz and whatever it was "the kids" were listening to, for decades -- if not longer!.
Saying rap is "all keyboard" (huh!?) and "the lyrics suck" is like saying rock is all guitar and shouting!. There's a wide variety in rap and hip hop, just like there is in any musical genre -- and if you're not into it, you're not going to notice that!. I'm a longtime fan of De La Soul; I don't like Jay-Z!. To people who don't listen to hip hop at all, it all sounds like the same thing!. To me it's a world of difference!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I wouldn't say it is taking over!. Rock and rap have about the same amount of popularity among teens today!. Yes the majority of kids today listen to no talent people like Soulja Boy!. There are alot of teenage fans of older bands like The Who, Led Zeppelin and The Beatles!. There is also alot of good rock that isn't in the mainstream!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
