Answers:
I would say that it means more complex playing!.

It's one thing to strum a guitar it's a whole other thing to be technically proficient and do fingertaps and stuff!.

Does that make sense!? It makes sense to me!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Meaning it's involving, usually hard to play, and with a lot of notes!. The Ramones or Bob Dylan are the opposite of technical!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

extremely complex music that a beginner would never be able to play!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It doesn't necessarily mean that it's a good band and not technical bands aren't good!.

Example: Paramore is a very simple band, standard song layouts (intro, verse, chorus, verse, chorus, bridge, chorus) and their stuff is easy to play, but they're still fun to listen to and sing along to!.

then again you also have the not technical bands that are just nails on a chalkboard, as well as the very technical bands that make you lose interest after a while, so it all depends!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
