For me I grw up in a musical house, my pops listened to and played reggae music and latin music, and my moms listened to pure funk and soul music!. So I think that influenced me, I discovered hip hop very early in the 80's - my first love was breakdancing at the time, as I grew hip hop grew with me, and especially in the 90's the music was addressing a lot of the same challenges I was going through in life, so it's always been part of me, I can't imagine my life without hip hop music!.!.!.
