Question: If Blu and Exile release a second album, will you expect it to be as good as Below the Heavens!?
I haven't heard much else from Blu (just ordered the new album with Ta'Raach), so I can't really judge him!. Exile's production on the Emanon albums isn't even close to his production on Below the Heavens!. I think IF they release another album together, it's set up to be a disappointment!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

If you would've told me when 2007 began that a rapper named Blu and a producer named Exile would release my favorite album of 2007 I would've thought you were crazy!. --This is a tough album to follow!. each track is engaging and honest whether Blu is commenting on: religion & God, struggles as an underground mc (The Narrow Path), life's ups and downs (Dancing in the Rain), his contempt for commercial rappers and the state of hip-hop (Soul Rising), being a father (Good Life) or his candid brainstorm on how to go about winning a girl's affection (First Things First)!. The entire vibe of this album is positive and the subject matter varied!. I know its saying a lot but had a hard time comparing this to any recent releases so I had to think back to Nas's "Illmatic" or Common's "One Day It'll All Make Sense," both of which are all-time classics!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

as for his C!.R!.A!.C!. album, i dunno!. that song juice n drank on below the heavens was pretty good with them trading verses so it has some potential!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

mmmm!.!.!.!.exile's production had a lot to do with how good the album was!. if blu puts out an album without exile's production i dont think it will be as good!. if they get together to release another album!.!.!.!.!.i dont expect it to be as good, ONLY because Blu's subject matter was obviously derived from his whole life!. its hard for an artist to match that after only a couple of years of preparation!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
It would def be a tough act to follow!. But since 8 Diagrams, I've learned not to get too excited about a new album!. I just wait till it's there - listening to it is the only way you're really going to know!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Nah i dont think so!.!.!. Below the Heavens was so personal, about his life and everything going on in it, thats what made it great imo!.!.!. I bet it'd still be a good album though!.!.!. as for "The piece talks"!?!?!?-DON'T LISTEN TO IT!!!! you will be *SEVERELY* let down!.!.!. its hot garbageWww@Enter-QA@Com
