Artist name and song title - i know the storyline of the music video...?!

I believe this song is fairly new!. I do not know the artist or name but i somewhat know how the storyline of the music video goes!. Its about a guy and his girlfriend living together and the song is about how he can't change the way he is!. It ends up with the guy smoking crack, freaking out at his girlfriend by throwing things and then he dies!. The end of the music video is the girlfriend and her mom at the guy's funeral walking up the aisle in church!. I cannot find it anywhere and can't think of the artist or name of the song!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
