(1)download to the desktop
(2)Open iTunes
(3)file-->import
(4)choose file on desktop
this is just presuming that you dont know how to do it!.!.!.!.
You cant upload it!? might be a security program that stops it!.!.!.because limewire isnt really known to be safe!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
