With classics being few and far apart, some albums that have been released would not be considered classic had they been released a decade ago!. What I consider classic is very different from what the majority will consider classic in 10 years!. And while it doesn't necessarily take 10 years, here are a few off the top, that have been released in the past few years or so!.!.
Blu & Exile - Below the Heavens
Lupe Fiasco - The Cool
Kanye West - The College Dropout
The Game - The Documentary
Blue Scholars - Bayani
Panacea - Ink is my Drink
Madvillain - Madvillainy
Y Society - Travel at Your Own Pace
J Dilla - Donuts
eMC - The Show
50 Cent - GRODT
*I don't consider all these albums classics, and I doubt I'll consider a few of them classics even 20 years from now, but majority rules!.!.!.*
And sorry, but I doubt many people today consider the massacre, graduation, word of mouf, and late registration even above average albums!. I do however, sense another installment in the classic or not series coming up!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Of the albums released in the past 5 years, according to my (somewhat distorted) point of view, two album were a perfect 10/10 (or 5 mics, if you want to call it that):

Edan - Beauty and the Beat

I'm not a fan by any menas, but I think 50's "Get Rich or Die Tryin" deserves much more consideration than that garbage "Massacre" album!. Kanye's "Late Registration", Game's "The Documentery", Eminem's "The Eminem Show", the only ones I can name that deserve 5-mic status!. Maybe Lupe's "The Cool" album!. Maybe!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
