They don't play ALL horrible bands!.!. the ones that they're ruining (ahem, cobra starship!.!. on tour with simple plan soon!? are you kidding me!?) are amazing!. To bad all these fake preppy paris hilton obsessed girls who don't know **** are gonna start calling them emo, because the good bands are now being pimped out on mtv for these idiot posers to see!. They already have done that to Paramore and Fall Out Boy!.!. Paramore is soooooo not emo, yet their being "disgraced"!. Why can't mtv just leave us all alone, and stick to pimping out bands and singers like Britney Spears, Hedley, Paris Hilton!.!. you know, people that have pushing to get famouse since they were kids, people who were BORN famous, rappers, pop stars and people who sign up for "get famous" contests like American Idol!.

I agree with you!. It doesn't take much talent to have your music displayed on MTV!. You can rap about the most random garbage ever and still get on it!. It really does make a lot of good bands go mainstream and basically does ruin them!.

i hate it!. then mtv 2 came out, they played music for a while, now its just another mtv!. same thing is starting with fuse!.

I don't think I've seen mtv play music in a good while!.!.!.I saw more music videos when I watched mtv Italy over a year ago! They also don't play the sort of music I listen to, so I tend to avoid mtv like the plague!.
