Gnarls Barkley's Cee LO was part of a great rap group Goodie Mob!.!.!.so I don't know if you can put them on worst!. Biggie is better than DMX and where is Wu-Tang Clan!? Where is T!.I!.!? Sorry but without NWA Eazy E wasn't all that!. Lil Wayne definetly needs to be under WORST, I can't stand him, he can't even write his own rhymes!. Eminem I agree with, maybe needs to be higher up!? Gnarls Barkley isnt a freaking rapper!. Its a duo not one person and they dont even make hip hop so how can they qualify!.
Dr Dre is a mediocre rapper!. He doesnt write his rhymes ever and always uses a forced bass voice!. He's not even in my top 100!.
