Anyone a Fan of Clannad?!
Question: Anyone a Fan of Clannad!?
!.
I love their early work the best, especially "Dúlamán"
They're so "magical" & "spiritual" to me!.
I have Gaelic roots, though not Irish - I understand some of it, because it is similar to the other Western Gaelic language, that I sort of know LOL
Anyone have a Favorite!?
- or would just like to share your feelings on Clannad!?
(Keep it "positive", please - no toxic behavior on my ship :))

I don't understand Irish Gaelic, and I only know a word of two of Scottish Gaelic, but I find them both to be beautiful, expressive languages!.
Favourites!.!.!. where to begin!?!
I started out with the later album "Magical Ring", and from that I love :
Theme from Harry's Game
Tower Hill
Coinleach Ghlas an Fhomair {re-recording}
Newgrange
Thios Fa'n Chosta
Other post MR favourites include :~
Caislean Oir
Closer to Your Heart
Ri Na Cruinne
Dobhar
I Will Find You
Trail of Tears
Of This Land
But to go back to the start, and those early albums, some of my favourite songs are :~
Nil Se Ina La {I have an excellent live version, too}
Morning Dew
Dheanainn Sugradh
Gaoth Barra na dTonn
An Gadhar Ban
Coinleach Ghlas an Fhomair {original version}
Dulaman
Two Sisters
Siuil A Run
Ar a Ghabhail 'n a 'Chuain Damh
Na Buachailli Alainn
Bruach Na Carraige Baine
An Tull
Mhorag's Na Horo Gheallaidh
The Green Fields of Gaothdobhair
Buaireadh An Phosta
And yes, I did just have to get my CDs to look-up all those spellings!Www@Enter-QA@Com

I'm a big big fan of the entire Brennan family -not only Clannad but also I adore the works of Enya and the solo works by Máire (Moya) Brennan! I have all Enya albums, all Moya Brennan solo albums and almost all Clannad albums (except "Ring Of Gold")! And in May 3rd I will see Clannad live in concert for the first time when they will perform in my home country!!!! My favourite Clannad albums are Lore and Banba by the way!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
