Better Band...Alice in Chains or Pearl Jam?!
Question: Alice In Chains... no brainer about that! Eddie Vedder has a terrible strange sounding voice. I am not crazy about any of PJs work.
I still listen to AIC on almost a daily basis. Facelift is in my CD player in the car right now. Layne Stayley had an amazing voice. AIC's work is still stong, if not even stronger by today's standards.

pearl jam hands down...but i might be a bit biased cause i don't listen to alice in chains as much as i listen to pearl jam

Alice In Chains just because Layne Staley had an amazing vocal talent never to be matched and that tone on Jerry Cantrell's guitar was amazing. Alice In Chains will, forever and always, be better than any other grunge era band.

Alice in Chains. Layne Stayley is one of the best vocalists ever. I love the songs "Man in the Box" and "Them Bones".
people seem to love aic but i don't understand the appeal...pearl jam isn't great but i prefer them
