Alabama Discography?!
Question: My mother took "my" (read: her) Alabama albums with her when she moved out of state, so I have no easy reference to figure this one out. I've been trying to figure out which album, if any, Louisiana Saturday Night is on. I've been to their website, their LP's website, and Billboard.com toname a few, and can't find it listed on ANY of their albums, but other websites that I don't have quite so much faith in are insisting the song is on their Forty Hour Week album. I've checked the discography on that album closely and repeatedly (on the same sites listed before) and they have Louisiana MOON on there, not Louisiana Saturday Night. Is it a hidden track on that album? I'm getting very frustrated here, please help!!!

I think the name is "Louisiana Moon "on the album "40 Hour Week".
They did not do one with the name Louisiana Saturday night. Good Luck. Hope it helps
I received an email from Ed Turner, who amongsht other things maintains Alabama's official website. He says that while the intro to Gonna Have A Party Live may have an a capella chorus of LA Sat. Night, the boys themselves never recorded a cover of the song. Thanks for all your help! Report It
