What part of Aria da capo is hannibal lecter playing at the begining of the film!

I've never seen Hannibal (want to, though), but I can think of a few Arias that you might be refering to.

Of course, 'Aria' is usually an opera term, for a sort of solo performance by one character, but many baroque and some classical composers used it for keyboard solo works.

The most obvious one is the Aria of Bach's Goldberg Variations, which is played at the begining and end (which is where it is the Aria 'da capo'). This is one of my very favorite pieces of all time, and you should hear all the variations even if it's not the right piece.

Bach wrote several other pieces with Aria movements, including the Capriccio in B Flat, the second and fourth French Suites, and the fourth and sixth Partitas for keyboard.

Angela Hewitt has made recordings of the complete works of Bach that are fit for God to listen to. She can probably even play it better than Hannibal himself. Hope you can find it.
