I did but now i think it just of it as adds to the wimpy self-pitying culture that surrounds English football. the fact is we may have invented the game,but we are crap at it,our record of winning things is disgraceful,one cup in a hundred years and that was with home advantage and a blind linesman. the fact is we have no reputation,credibility or history to back up our boast of being a great footballing nation
