I haven't bought this new album yet, but it was #1 in Canada in March 2008. It also has astronomical critical appraisal, a far cry from every album he's done since 1996 (except the 2002 work with Hans Zimmer on Spirit:Stallion Of The Cimarron, which was back to form).
I will be heading for the record store for this one soon.
I can favorably compare Cuts Like A Knife, Reckless and Waking Up The Neighbours to almost any star's work. All I can say is Jim Vallance was the right salt for Adams' soup.
I'm keen to know as well as im a bryan fan. However i read someones review the other day and they gave it 1 star out of 4 so i think i need someone else opinion
