What are some good techno songs?!
Question: I'm providing music for a "cave rave" and need some good techno songs. I already have Sandstorm and Eiffel 65, but that's about it. I need a good hour or two's worth of music. Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Try searching for "house" "trance" "Drum and Bass" or "electronica" -these are more common terms for music for a rave. I would suggest Bad Boy Bill, DJ Dan, Jon B., Tiesto, Paul Oakenfold, Basement Jaxx, Prodigy, Kaskade (that's all I can think of at the moment) ...Also, there are a few really great mixes called "ThriveMix", they're great for raves.
Wow...if you want to go with some old stuff, try some older groups like La Bouche, Venga Boys, Haddaway, Snap! and Real McCoy. The song "Popcorn", "The Macarena" (I know we all hate it, but it's a classic), "Every time we Touch," "We Like to Party," "Cotton Eye Joe," and of course "The Hampster Dance." And I'm sure you can probably find a list of other techno songs online someplace. Likewise, you should definitely include Dragostea Din Tei (the Numa Numa Song) by O-Zone...surely you've heard it?

Aural Vampire's "Darkwave Surfer" is pretty rad. The group has a cool Japanese electro/industrial sound with a techno-y feel. Definitely check them out, and some of their other songs.
